1. Step

Dissolve jelly in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water. Then, pour it into a greased slice tray and place it in the fridge for 45 minutes.

2. Step

Place biscuits in a food processor and pulse into a fine crumb. Transfer to a bowl and mix in melted butter.

3. Step

Press mixture firmly into a lined slice tray and refrigerate for 30 mins.

4. Step

Dissolve the gelatine in 1/2 cup hot water. Place condensed milk in a bowl and combine it with the gelatine mixture. Pour this mixture over the biscuit base and return to the fridge to set for 30 minutes.

Pour cold red jelly on top of the slice and place it back into the fridge. Once set, use a warm knife to slice into squares. Enjoy!
