1. Step

For the homemade yoghurt, in a saucepan over low heat, place the milk and gradually add the milk powder, stirring constantly to dissolve; heat to 85 °C and remove from the heat. Warm to 45 °C.

2. Step

Place two ladlefuls of warm milk over yoghurt and mix until incorporated; pour yoghurt into remaining warm milk and finish mixing. Empty the mixture into a jar with a lid; wrap the jar with flannel and store it in the cupboard or in a cool, dimly lit place. Ferment for 36 hours. Set aside.

3. Step

On a board, cut the melon into cubes with a knife, removing the seeds beforehand. Cut the orange into thirds, the banana into slices, and the strawberry just removes the stalk and cut the grape into halves. Set aside.

4. Step

Assemble the skewers by placing the fruit one by one and repeat until you have finished with everything. Serve on a plate spread with some homemade yoghurt. Enjoy.
