Easy Crunchy Corn Flake Biscuits
These Corn Flake Biscuits are crispy, buttery treats perfect for snacking or enjoying with a cup of tea.
Ingredients
- 11⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 Cup corn flakes, crushed
- 1⁄2 Cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1⁄2 Cup crystal sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, crushed corn flakes, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture and mix well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until a dough forms. It may be slightly crumbly, but should hold together when pressed.
Shape the dough into a disk and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate to allow it to firm up.
Roll out to a thickness of 1/4 inch.
Cut out biscuits using a round cookie cutter or any desired shape.
Place onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space in between each one.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
