Dutch Asparagus Sauce
A pleasant accompaniment to grilled asparagus or even as a sauce for baked fish. This Dutch sauce is creamy, sour and has a subtle lemon flavor.
Ingredients

- 3 pcs Yolks
- 150 g butter
- 1 pcs lemon
- 1 kl salt
- 1 kl White freshly ground pepper

- 500 g fresh asparagus

Melt the butter in a water bath.
Mix the yolks with a little lemon juice.
