- 1 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs parsley
- 1 pcs celery
- 2 tablespoon Oils
- 11⁄2 litres Waters
- 2 pcs Bay leaves

- Salt and ground black pepper

1. Step
Clean, wash and chop the cabbage, onion, garlic, carrot, parsley and celery. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Step
I fry the onion and garlic in oil.
3. Step
I add the vegetables and sauté briefly.
4. Step
I pour water, add bay leaves and spices. I will add salt and pepper to the soup if necessary.
5. Step
I let everything cook together for about 30 minutes. The soup should be ready when the cabbage is soft, but still crunchy.
