Delicious Passionfruit and Lemon Condensed Milk Slice
This passionfruit and lemon condensed milk slice is a perfect combination of tart and sweet flavors. It is an ideal dessert for family dinners, picnics, or as a party treat. This recipe is easy to make and guaranteed to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth with a zesty twist.

- 2 cups of self-raising flour
- 1 Cup of desiccated coconut
- 1 Cup of caster sugar
- 125 g of unsalted butter, melted
- 400 g can of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 passionfruits
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested

Directions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease an 18cm x 28cm slice pan and line it with baking paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the flour, coconut, sugar, and melted butter.
Once mixed, press the mixture into the prepared slice pan and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
While the base is in the oven, you can prepare the filling. In another bowl, mix together the condensed milk, passionfruit pulp, and lemon juice and zest.
When the base is ready, remove it from the oven and spread the filling over the base. Return it to the oven to bake for another 15-20 minutes until it's set.
Allow the passionfruit and lemon condensed milk slice to cool completely before cutting it into squares to serve.
