Delicious homemade Nocilla
This recipe for homemade Nocilla has always been a favorite in my home. I love the richness and depth of the cocoa contrasted with the smoothness of the condensed milk. The best part is that you can adjust the sweetness of the Nocilla to your liking. It's simply delicious and a healthy option for kids and adults who love Nutella. The advantage of preparing it at home is that you know exactly what you are eating, with no additives or preservatives.

Directions
Start by toasting the hazelnuts in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. It is important that the hazelnuts are well toasted as this will make the Nocilla taste deeper and richer. Then, in a blender or food processor, grind the hazelnuts to a paste. Add the sugar and continue blending.
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Be patient and avoid the temptation to turn up the heat, as burning the chocolate will give the Nocilla an unwanted bitterness. Once melted, stir it into the hazelnut and sugar mixture.
In a saucepan, add the milk and heat it. When it is about to boil, add the butter and cocoa powder. Stir constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Add this mixture to the hazelnut, chocolate and sugar mixture. Add the vanilla essence and mix until a uniform paste is obtained.
Let it cool and store your homemade Nocilla in an airtight container.
