Delicious Creamy Fresh Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tbls butter
- 2 tbls all-purpose flour
- 11⁄4 cups milk
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbls Fresh dill (chopped)

Directions
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the flour and whisk until mixture turns slightly golden, about 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in the milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens and starts to boil. This should take about 5 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low, season with salt and black pepper.
Stir in the chopped fresh dill.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Remove the sauce from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Your dill sauce is ready to serve.
