Delicious Cream of Mushroom Cream Thermomix
Having experimented with several recipes for creams and soups, I can confidently say that this Cream of Mushroom Soup made in the Thermomix is one of my favorites. It becomes a star dish because of its creamy texture, deep flavor and ease of preparation in the Thermomix. Additionally, it is quite healthy and perfect for a light dinner or a comforting starter.
Ingredients
- 500 grams Of fresh mushrooms
- 1 large onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 50 grams butter
- 500 ml of vegetable stock
- 200 ml Of cooking cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions
Start by peeling and chopping the onion and garlic cloves. Don't worry too much about the size, as we will grind everything later.
Wash the mushrooms well to remove any remaining soil. This is an important step not to skip so as not to ruin the texture of the cream later on.
Put the onion, garlic and butter in the glass of the Thermomix and program 5 minutes, 120 degrees, spoon speed.
Add the mushrooms to the Thermomix and cook for another 10 minutes, at 100 degrees, speed 1. This is where the deep flavor of the mushrooms develops, so I recommend not rushing.
Add the vegetable stock and cook for 10 more minutes,100 degrees, speed 1. In this step, let the ingredients amalgamate perfectly.
Add the cream, salt and pepper, and blend for 30 seconds on speed 5-10. I recommend tasting and adjusting the seasoning at this point.
Serve hot and garnish with some chopped fresh parsley on top. You can also reserve some mushrooms to decorate it.
