Delicious Buttercream with Thermomix
I had the pleasure of preparing ÒButtercream with Thermomix, a buttercream with vanilla flavors that turned out delicious and smooth. It was gratifying to see how everyone enjoyed this rich preparation in cakes and tarts. Counting the portions and seeing the smiles, I'd say the recipe yields 16 people. This overwhelming sweetness comes together in about 20 minutes. Believe me, you'll want to try it!
Ingredients
- 170 grams sugar
- 3 egg
- 250 grams unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1 cdta Vanilla extract
- pinch of salt

Directions
Put the butterfly on the Thermomix blades, add sugar and egg whites. Program on speed 3.5 for 8 minutes at 37°C. Here I suggest you do not rush the time, it is necessary to get a homogeneous mixture.
Then increase the temperature to 60°C maintaining the same speed and time. This step is important to obtain a suitable texture and for the egg whites to cook a little.
Then remove the butterfly, add the butter in pieces and the vanilla extract. Beat for 6 minutes at speed 4. At this point it is important that the butter is at room temperature to facilitate its integration.
Finally, add the salt and beat again for 2 minutes at the same speed. The salt is the magic detail to bring out the sweet taste, do not forget to add it.
