We need for the journey:
- 3 a piece egg
- 65 g crystal sugar
- 30 g special fine flour
- salt
Cream:
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 200 g white Greek yogurt
- 100 g mascarpone
- 2 tablespoon mango puree

1. Step
We often prepare it by separating the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the whites with a pinch of salt and half of the sugar until stiff. Beat the yolks with the remaining half of the sugar until frothy and finally mix both foams. Gently stir in the sifted flour. Apply to a round cake pan lined with paper and bake in the oven for 13-15 minutes.
2. Step
Cream: Whip the cream, add yogurt, mascarpone and whip again, finally mix in the mango puree and spread it on the base.
3. Step
On top, we prepare banana jelly. Blend 2 bananas with 250 ml of water and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Add a package of gelatin and heat for about a minute and pour onto the applied cream. We apply whipped cream on the stiffened whipped cream and garnish.
