Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 Medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 4 Slice of fresh lemon
- 4 tbls of olive oil
- 4 tbls of white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large pieces of parchment paper
- Fresh dill sprigs for garnish

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Lay a salmon fillet in the center of each piece of parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Divide zucchini and bell pepper slices evenly among the 4 salmon fillets, arranging them on top of the fish. Place a lemon slice on top of each stack.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of white wine over each serving.
Fold parchment paper over salmon, folding and twisting edges to seal it tightly.
Place packets on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
To serve, cut open packets (be careful of steam!), garnish with fresh dill, and enjoy immediately.
