- 55 g Glucose
- 200 g white sugar
- 200 g butter
- 1⁄4 Cup heavy cream
- 200 g sliced almonds
- 50 g Cherries in syrup

Directions
Place glucose, sugar, butter and cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Stir in cherries and almonds and cook for 4 minutes over medium heat. Pour the mixture into an extended mould and leave to cool.
Place tablespoon-sized portions of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven at 175 °C for 8 minutes. Allow cooling before removing from the baking sheet.
Store in a cool, dry place or eat immediately!
