- 1 pcs onion
- 1 l vegetable broth
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 pcs garlic
- 1 pcs lemon
- 1 kl salt
- 1 kl ground black pepper

1. Step
Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in oil.
2. Step
Add the finely chopped bear's garlic and stew for a few minutes.
3. Step
Pour over with vegetable broth and let it boil.

When the garlic is soft, we blend the soup until smooth.

We add the cream, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
