Creamy Mushroom Risotto
A recipe for a delicious creamy mushroom risotto, which you can easily prepare for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
Main ingredients
- 300 g Arborio rice
- 300 g mushrooms
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs garlic
- Parsley sprigs

- 2 tablespoon butter
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 cube chicken broth
- 60 g parmesan
- 1 ts ground black pepper
- 1 ts salt

Directions
We melt the butter in a pan, add finely chopped onion and garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes, until the onion starts to change color. Then we add chopped mushrooms and sauté for another 5 minutes.
We add rice to the pan and lightly roast it. Then we add white wine and let it evaporate.
Add a cube of chicken broth and let the rice cook until the broth is absorbed. Then add more broth and continue cooking until the rice is soft and creamy.
When the rice is ready, add grated Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with Parmesan, parsley and serve.
