- 2 a piece kohlrabi
- 2 a piece carrot
- 1 a piece onion
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 11⁄2 l broth
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 a piece bay leaf
- 1 ts ground black pepper
- 1 ts salt
- Toasted bread

1. Step
We cut the kohlrabi, carrot, and onion into small cubes.
2. Step
Melt the butter in the pan and sauté the vegetables on it until they are soft.
3. Step
We add spices and bay leaf.
4. Step
Pour in the broth and let it cook for approximately 20 minutes.
5. Step
We blend the soup until smooth and add cooking cream. Let it simmer for a while longer.
6. Step
We serve it warm, sprinkled with herbs to taste and with toasted pieces of bread.
