Creamy Garlic Mushroom and Spinach Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 1 Package of potato gnocchi
- 2 tbls of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 10 ounces of fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 5 ounces of fresh spinach leaves
- 1 Cup of heavy cream
- 1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Then drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and stir until the mushrooms are lightly browned.
Stir in the spinach leaves and cook until they wilt down.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir until the mushrooms and spinach are coated.
