Creamy Cake
Recipe for a delicious creamy cake drizzled with chocolate.

- 200 g self-rising flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg
Cream
- 500 ml Condensed milk
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 250 g butter
Chocolate icing
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 50 g butter
- 30 g white chocolate

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare a baking pan.
2. Step
Mix flour, sugar, butter, and egg. Roll out the dough and place it in the mold.
3. Step
Bake the dough in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden.
4. Step
Cream - put condensed milk and sugar into a pot and bring to a boil. Then add butter and stir until smooth.
5. Step
Spread the cream over the finished dough and let it cool down.
6. Step
Melt chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Then pour the chocolate glaze over the cake.
7. Step
Let the cake stand for at least 2 hours before serving.
