Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare the baking tin by greasing it with butter.

Roll out the first dough and put it into the mold, to cover the bottom and edges.

Prepare the filling by mixing the curd, eggs, sugar and pudding until smooth in a bowl.

4. Step

Spread the filling evenly on the dough and sprinkle grated apples and pears on top.

5. Step

Place the second dough on top of the pie.

6. Step

Bake the cake in the oven for about an hour, or until it's firm and golden brown.

Let the cake cool completely before you start slicing and serving it.

You can sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
