- 250 g cottage cheese
- 125 g mascarpone
- 50 g sugar
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
- 150 ml whipping cream

1. Step
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
2. Step
Whip the cream in a separate bowl.
3. Step
Gradually add the whipped cream into the mixture and gently stir.

We fill the cream into glasses and decorate it according to our own ideas, for example with fruit.
