Coffee Roll Without Flour
I enjoy constantly inventing new recipes and dessert flavors. This time I added coffee to the roll for a special twist
Ingredients
Often
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 40 g sugar
- 20 g chocolate protein
- 10 g cocoa
- 10 g Chocolate BB pudding or cocoa
- 1 ts baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1 ts instant coffee
Cream
- 200 g Ricotta
- 250 g Smooth curd
- 50 g white chocolate
- 1 ts instant coffee
- vanilla

Directions
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Whisk the yolks with sugar. Alternately add the dry ingredients and the egg white snow to the yolk mixture.
Gently mix everything together and spread it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
After baking, we remove the baking paper from the dough. We roll up the dough and wrap it in a towel. Let it cool completely.
We will melt white chocolate for the cream and mix all the ingredients together.
Spread the cooled dough with cream and roll it up. Spread the remaining cream on top of the roll. Put it in the fridge.
