Classic Pancakes
A recipe for pancakes, which are most often served for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 300 g special fine flour
- 20 g fresh yeast
- 1⁄2 l milk
- 50 g sugar
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 pinch salt

Directions
In the warm half of the milk, we dissolve the yeast and sugar and let it cool down.
Pour the flour into a large bowl, add the eggs, salt and cooled milk with yeast.
Mix everything well and cover with a towel. Let it ferment in a warm place for about an hour.
We'll heat up the skillet, grease it and scoop the batter with a ladle. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
