1. Step

Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured work surface.

2. Step

In a frying pan, quickly sauté the spinach until it is slightly wilted. Be careful not to let it dry out too much, often this mistake will cause your tree to be dry.

3. Step

Fold the feta cheese and a little salt into the spinach, and allow the mixture to cool slightly.

4. Step

Using a knife, gently trace the shape of the tree and the trunk onto the dough.

Spread the garlic mixture on the bottom pastry and place the second hazelnut pastry on top.

Cut the twigs with a knife and twist them together.
