Christmas nut pastry without sugar
Recipe for my favourite Christmas cookies without sugar and flour - walnut cookies with oatmeal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flakes
- 1 cup ground nuts
- 3 a piece Eggs
- 4 tablespoon With

In a bowl, mix the oatmeal with the ground nuts. Add the eggs, honey, vanilla extract and salt to the other bowl. I usually warm the honey a bit so it mixes better with the other ingredients.
Add the egg mixture to the oat mixture and mix well.
Shape the dough into small biscuits and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the biscuits for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
Let the finished biscuits cool completely. Keep in mind that only after cooling they will get their typical crispy texture.
