Christmas biscuits
Traditional recipe for Christmas cookies, which we bake with the children.
Ingredients
- 250 g Plain flour
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 150 g butter
- 1 a piece egg
- 1 bal vanilla sugar
- pinch of salt

Directions
Mix the dry ingredients, i.e. flour, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, in a large bowl.
Add butter and one egg.
Put the dough in the refrigerator for an hour.
After an hour, roll out the dough on a board. Cut out different shapes with cutters.
Then bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
Let the cookies cool and decorate them as you like.
