1. Step
First, melt the butter in a small saucepan or water bath over low heat. Be careful not to burn the butter.
2. Step
Then add the finely chopped chocolate to the saucepan. It should melt slowly, stirring constantly. If the chocolate starts to grumble, it may be a sign that it is too hot - in this case, remove the saucepan from the heat and continue stirring away from the flame.
3. Step
Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the honey.
