- 115 g butter
- 140 g brown sugar
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 pcs Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 160 g special fine flour
- 50 g cocoa
- 1⁄2 kl baking soda
- salt

1. Step
Let the butter soften at room temperature and whip it with a mixer.
2. Step
Add the brown, vanilla sugar and eggs and whip for approximately 3-4 minutes.
3. Step
In a separate container, we mix the dry ingredients (cocoa, flour, baking soda and salt) with a spoon and then gradually add them to the butter mixture.

When we get a compact mass, we mix in chocolate drops (leave about 1 tablespoon of them for decoration for sprinkling)
5. Step
Line the tray with baking paper. Using an ice cream scoop, place heaps on it and press each one down with a spoon.
6. Step
Sprinkle each cookie with chocolate drops before baking and bake at 170 C for 10 minutes.
7. Step
After baking, let the cookies stand on the baking sheet for 10 minutes.
