Chocolate Christmas pastries
A recipe for divine chocolate chip cookies that I bake every year for Christmas.

- 225 g Plain flour
- 175 g butter
- 75 g powdered sugar
- 50 g cocoa
- 2 a piece Yolks

1. Step
Mix flour, cocoa and sugar. Then add the butter cut into small pieces and two egg yolks. Work the dough by hand and wrap it in cling film. Leave to rest in the fridge for at least half an hour. This is important because the dough is then easier to handle.
2. Step
Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 3mm and cut out different shapes with the moulds.
3. Step
Bake the chocolate pastry in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
