Chocolate Christmas Balls
A holiday favorite, these chocolate Christmas balls are a delightful treat to enjoy with family and friends. Made with delicious chocolate and decorated with festive sprinkles, they're sure to bring cheer to any holiday gathering.

- 200 gms dark chocolate
- 100 gms unsalted butter
- 2 tbls icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 100 gms christmas sprinkles

Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a pot of gently simmering water. Stir occasionally until smooth.
Remove from the heat and stir in the icing sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
Leave the mixture to cool slightly, then use a teaspoon to scoop out portions of the mixture. Roll into balls using your hands.
Roll the balls in the Christmas sprinkles to decorate, then place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Enjoy!
