Chocolate cake without eggs
This eggless chocolate cake is one of my favorite recipes. It's perfect for people with egg allergies or those who choose to follow a vegan diet.
Ingredients
- 250 g Plain flour
- 200 g sugar
- 40 g cocoa
- 2 kl baking powder
- 1⁄2 kl Tea Soda Bicarbs
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 80 ml Oils
- 1 spoon Apple cider vinegar
- 240 ml Waters
- Chocolate for pouring

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking tin (20 cm in diameter) with oil and sprinkle with flour.
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl, mix the liquid ingredients - oil, vanilla extract, vinegar and water.
Then add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix everything well. Remember that the batter doesn't have to be completely smooth, tiny lumps are fine and will dissolve when baked.
Pour the finished batter into the prepared tin and bake in the oven for 60 minutes.
Let the cake cool after baking and drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
