Chickpea Soup for Children
Perfect chickpea soup that will appeal not only to children.

- 200 g chickpeas
- 1 pcs large onion
- 3 pcs cloves of garlic
- 2 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs parsley
- 2 l water
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ts Ground pepper
- 1 ts salt

1. Step
Rinse the chickpeas and leave them soaked overnight.
2. Step
The next day we drain the chickpeas, put them in a pot, add water, and boil for about an hour until soft.
3. Step
In the meantime, fry finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil in a pan. Add finely chopped carrot and parsley and fry everything for a few minutes.
4. Step
Add salt, paprika and mix everything thoroughly.
5. Step
Add the fried vegetables into the pot with cooked chickpeas, stir and cook a few more minutes.
