Chickpea Pancakes

- 200 g Cooked chickpeas in brine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pcs egg
- 30 g Smooth spelt flour
- 1⁄2 ts salt
- 1⁄4 ts Dried garlic
- 1⁄4 ts smoked paprika

Drain the chickpeas from the marinade. Put them in a blender with olive oil and mix together. Add eggs, flour and spices and mix again. If needed, stir everything together by hand. Use a spoon to shape patties on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
