Chicken meat with mushrooms
This is a recipe for making a simple but tasty chicken meat with mushrooms. It is a great dish that can be the main course for dinner.

- 500 g chicken meat
- 300 g mushrooms
- 2 a piece onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 a piece bay leaf
- ground black pepper
- salt

1. Step
Cut the chicken meat into smaller pieces and sprinkle with salt and spices.
2. Step
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Step
Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
4. Step
Melt the butter in the pan and add the chicken meat. Sauté it until golden and then remove it.
5. Step
Add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms to the same pot. Cook until the onion is slightly golden.
6. Step
Add the chicken meat back to the pot and add bay leaf.
7. Step
Let the mixture simmer on medium heat for approximately 30 minutes.
8. Step
Then add the cream and let it cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve it warm.
