Chestnut Dessert with Mascarpone

- 200 g Chestnut flour
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 2 pcs egg
- 1 tablespoon cocoa

- 200 g chestnut puree
- 50 g sugar
- chocolate chips

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking dish.
2. Step
We mix together the ingredients for the dough, which we bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
3. Step
Mix together mascarpone, chestnut puree, chocolate chips and sugar to create the filling.
4. Step
Cut the body in half.
5. Step
Spread the filling on the cooled base and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Before serving, you can sprinkle the dessert with cocoa.
