1. Step
In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar and baking powder. Add butter and egg and work the dough. Roll out the dough and place it in the mold.

Whisk the curd with sugars.

Whip the cream with milk. The curd thickens after beating with sugar.

Peel the apples, grate them and simmer with sugar for a while.

Put the apple filling on the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 45 minutes.
