- 100 g grated cheese
- 2 a piece Eggs
- 120 g coarse flour
- 1 a piece onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

1. Step
Clean the cauliflower and cut it into smaller pieces. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely.
2. Step
Put the cauliflower into a blender and blend finely until it has the consistency of rice. Add chopped onion and garlic to the mixture.

Add grated cheese, eggs, flour, salt and pepper to the mixture. Stir the mixture well.

Heat olive oil in the pan. Use a spoon to scoop the cauliflower mixture and shape it into a patty. Fry until golden on both sides.
