Cauliflower in the oven

I would like to share a special, yet simple and delicious dish that I made for my family the other day. Cauliflower in the oven can be a great solution if you want to bring something special and healthy to the table.

Directions

40 min.
1. Step

Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and cut into small roses. Then place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl and add all the other ingredients.

2. Step

Be careful not to skimp on the oil, as this is what gives the cauliflower that crispy, golden brown look. In addition to the olive oil, I recommend using cumin and red pepper generously, as these flavours make the dish really special.

3. Step

Mix the ingredients thoroughly so that each rose is coated with the oil and spices. Place the cauliflower in an ovenproof baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is nicely browned.
