Carrot walnut cake without flour
Healthy carrot-nut cake in which no flour is used.

- 300 g grated carrot
- 250 g walnuts
- 4 pcs egg
- 150 g With

Start by chopping the nuts thoroughly in a blender. Keep in mind that they don't have to be perfectly finely chopped - chunks of nuts will add a great texture to the cake.
Mix grated carrots with honey and eggs. Gradually add chopped nuts to this mixture. If you like cinnamon, now is the time to add it. Then mix everything well until the mixture is homogeneous.
Pour the finished mixture evenly into the greased cake tin and gently tap the bottom and sides. Try to spread the mixture as evenly as possible.
Bake this carrot walnut cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
