Start by chopping the nuts thoroughly in a blender. Keep in mind that they don't have to be perfectly finely chopped - chunks of nuts will add a great texture to the cake.

2. Step

Mix grated carrots with honey and eggs. Gradually add chopped nuts to this mixture. If you like cinnamon, now is the time to add it. Then mix everything well until the mixture is homogeneous.

Pour the finished mixture evenly into the greased cake tin and gently tap the bottom and sides. Try to spread the mixture as evenly as possible.
