Carrot Christmas Cookies
This is a classic recipe for Christmas carrot cookies that goes well with coffee or tea.

- 300 g self-rising flour
- 200 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 a piece Big carrot
- 1 a piece egg
- 1⁄2 ts ground cinnamon

1. Step
We clean the carrots and grate them finely.
2. Step
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and knead the dough, which we let rest for a while in the fridge.
3. Step
We often roll it out on a floured board and cut out various shapes from it.
4. Step
We place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
5. Step
We bake them in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 10 minutes.
6. Step
After baking, we can decorate them according to our own ideas or stick them together with jam.
