Carrot cake without nuts
Carrot cake without nuts is one of my favorite recipes that I have made several times. It's tasty, juicy, simple and perfect for those who can't or don't want to consume nuts. The preparation is not difficult and the result is worth it.
Ingredients
- 300 g carrots
- 200 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 150 ml Oils
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 1 bal baking powder
- 1 kl ground cinnamon

Directions
Peel and grate the carrots on a fine grater. This step is important because it will get the maximum juice out of the carrots, which will give the cake its unique smoothness.
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add oil, flour mixed with baking powder and cinnamon.
Finally, add the grated carrots. Mix the dough well.
Line a baking tin (square or rectangular, 20 cm) with baking paper and pour the batter into it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45-55 minutes.
Once cooled, the cake can be dusted with icing sugar or drizzled with icing sugar.
