Carrot-Broccoli Soup
This is a healthy and tasty soup full of vitamins. I love to cook carrot-broccoli soup during colder days.

- 2 Pieces carrot
- 1 piece broccoli
- 1 piece onion
- 2 Pieces cloves of garlic
- 1 l vegetable broth
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 pcs potato

1. Step
Peel the carrot, potato, broccoli, and onion and cut them into smaller pieces. Peel the garlic.
2. Step
Heat the olive oil in a pot and add the chopped onion and garlic. Fry it until it becomes golden brown.
3. Step
Add the chopped broccoli, potato and carrot, season with salt and pepper. Sauté briefly.
4. Step
Cover the vegetables with broth, add spices and cook over medium heat until soft.
5. Step
When the vegetables are soft, blend the soup until smooth.
6. Step
Serve the soup warm, sprinkled with herbs of your own choice.
