Carrot Apple Pie
This recipe for a carrot apple pie is tasty and healthy.
Ingredients
- 2 pcs carrot
- 2 pcs apples
- 200 g self-rising flour
- 100 g sugar
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease and line the pan with baking paper.
Peel and grate the carrots and apples finely. Put them in a large bowl.
Add flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.
Spread the dough evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Check it with a toothpick - if it's clean, the cake is done.
Take the pie out of the oven and let it cool completely. Before serving, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate.
