Caramel Muffins
Delight in the taste of these amazing muffins full of caramel flavor.

- 2 pcs egg
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 200 ml milk
- 250 g special fine flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Caramel filling
- 150 g caramel
- 50 ml whipping cream

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line the muffin tin with paper cases.
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour and baking powder).
In a second bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until foamy, add butter and milk and stir well.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix everything well.
Divide the dough into muffin baskets, put a teaspoon of caramel in the middle of each and cover with the remaining dough.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the muffins are nicely golden brown.
While the muffins are baking, prepare the caramel filling. Heat the caramel with the whipping cream and stir well until the caramel dissolves.
Let the baked muffins cool down and then fill them with caramel filling using a whipping bag.
Finally, we decorate the muffins to taste and can serve.
