Butter Noodles
A classic recipe for butter noodles that every lover of traditional cuisine will adore. They are quick and easy to prepare.

- 500 g Potatoes
- 300 g special fine flour
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
Butter sauce
- 100 g butter
- 1 clove garlic

Halusky: Peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater. Add flour, eggs, and salt, mix everything and make a dough.
From the made dough using a dumpling maker or grater, we create dumplings, which we put into boiling, salted water. Cook for about 5 minutes, until they float to the surface.
Melt the butter in a pan, add crushed garlic and sauté briefly.
Drain the cooked dumplings and mix them with butter sauce.
We serve it warm.
