Bundt Cake with Egg Liqueur
This recipe for a bundt cake with egg liqueur is simple and the final product is simply irresistible. It's a great way to combine the flavors of egg liqueur and traditional pastries. It's delicious, moist, and sweet - simply perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Dough
- 250 g self-rising flour
- 1 a piece baking soda
- 4 a piece egg
- 200 g sugar
- 200 ml egg liqueur
- 100 g butter

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and grease and flour the bundt cake pan.
In a bowl, whisk the butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs and continue to whisk.
Gradually add the egg liqueur and stir.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually add it to the mixture. Stir until you get a smooth dough.
Place the dough into the prepared mold and bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until the bundt cake is fully baked.
Remove the bundt cake from the oven and let it cool. Coat it with egg liqueur and let it soak in.
The bundt cake is ready to be served!
