Buckwheat Pancakes

- 2 cups buckwheat flour
- 2 pcs egg
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 ts salt
- 1⁄2 ts ground black pepper

1. Step
Prepare the dough. In a bowl, mix the buckwheat flour, salt, ground black pepper. Add the eggs and yogurt and stir well to get a smooth dough.
2. Step
Heat up the pan, add some oil and fry the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side.
