Broccoli-cauliflower soup
A perfect broccoli-cauliflower cream soup, especially loved by children.
Ingredients
- 1 pcs broccoli
- 1 pcs cauliflower
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 l broth
- 200 ml cooking cream
- Salt and black pepper
- olive oil
- Herbs (parsley, chives) for garnish

First, clean the broccoli and cauliflower and divide into florets.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the onion and garlic and fry them.
Then add the broccoli and cauliflower and mix everything together.
Pour the broth over the vegetables and bring to a boil. Cook the soup for 15-20 minutes.
Once the soup is cooked, remove it from the stove, add the cream and cook it for about 5 minutes.
