Boiled Potatoes with Spinach and Feta

- 800 Gram Potatoes
- 200 Gram fresh spinach
- 200 Gram Feta cheese
- 1 Piece onion
- 2 Cloves garlic

- 1 Teaspoon nutmeg

1. Step
To prepare the boiled potatoes with spinach and feta, first wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water.

In the meantime, finely chop the onion and garlic.

Wash the spinach and let it drain.

Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan with some oil.

Add the spinach and cook until it has wilted.

Cut the feta cheese into cubes and add to the spinach.

Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

When the potatoes are done, drain and halve them.
