BLW cottage cheese pancakes
BLW cottage cheese pancakes are a quick and easy recipe that will win the hearts of not only toddlers! Thanks to the addition of cottage cheese, the pancakes are more filling, yet tender and soft - perfect for children learning to eat independently. For older children or adults, you can serve them sweet with the addition of your favorite fruit or salty with yogurt.
Ingredients
- 150 g White cheesecake (mashed well with a fork)
- 1 pcs large Egg
- 5 spoons Flour (can be gluten-free)
- 1 spoon rapeseed oil
- pinch of salt

Directions
Thoroughly crush the cottage cheese to a smooth paste. If it is very dry, you can add a little milk.
Add the egg, flour and salt (if using) to the cottage cheese. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a uniform dough is formed.
In a frying pan, heat the oil. Spoon portions of the dough, flattening them to a thickness of about 1 cm.
Fry the pancakes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
The pancakes are served warm. For infants you can sprinkle them with grated apple, for older children or adults serve them with your favorite toppings.
