Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or any other sweet biscuit)
- 3⁄4 Cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄2 Cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
For the Topping:
- 1 Cup whipping cream
- 2 tbls of icing sugar
- Lemon slices for garnish

Directions
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a square baking pan to create your biscuit base.
In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and lemon zest. Stir until well mixed and the mixture thickens. This is your lemon filling.
Spread the lemon filling evenly over the biscuit base.
Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until firm.
In a small bowl, whip the cream with the icing sugar until soft peaks form.
Cut the chilled lemon slice into individual servings, top each with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with a slice of lemon.
